Survivor 18: Return to Brazil February 12th with the Youngest Castaway Ever

12 seasons in between, Survivor return to Brazil after Survivor 6: The Amazon. But now, the castaways are left in the forest of Tocantins, which is nowhere nearby the beach. A little different though, happen in this season where the minimum age is 18 years old, which makes one of the contestant (who is 19) the youngest castaway ever, in the history of Survivor. Well, I doubt that he’ll win (He’s the last-minute addition anyway, and the fact that he’s gay won’t give any different. We’re over it. Well, sorry girls…).
In 39 days, 16 survivors has to find a way to outwit, outplay and outlast to become the soul survivor. In Survivor Tocantins (that’s hard to pronounce) as in Survivor Gabon, two tribes will be competing at first before merging. The tribes are:

In one of the article in Realityblurred.com, the writer ranked the 16 contestants according to personality while interviewed and here’s the review:

- Candace Smith: amusing, assertive
- Spencer Duhm: young, cutely enthusiastic
- Tamara “Taj” Johnson-George: charming, well-rounded
- Brendan Synnott: cautious, attentive
- Benjamin “Coach” Wade: impossibly arrogant, self-aware
- Carolina Eastwood: worldly, perky
- . Jerry Sims: resourceful, friendly
- . Debra “Debbie” Beebee: considerate, inviting
- . Sydney Wheeler: interesting, average

Located in the middle of Brazil, Jalapao (the exact location, situated in the state of Tocatins) is popular as an ecotourist attraction. It is partly desert and partly tropical forest. It is described as a place where water are crystal clear with a dry landscape (we should just wait and see how that is. Well it looks nice on the logo). Premiere will be in high definition focusing on ‘First Impression’ whatever Jeff meant by that is not my need to know. What we want to see is action, right?
